----------------------------------------------------------------

We want to encourage citizens to maintain a medical information list to help us better serve you in the event of a medical emergency.

The best place to put this is on your refrigerator, this is the first place we'll look for this information

This information saves time on scene, helps to avoid errors, especially if there's a communication barrier, and this is the information needed to treat patients appropriately. This is extremely important to have, especially when the patient is unconscious and unable to provide us with any of these details.

It is best to type this out, or if you write it out, please make sure it is legible. Our station does have Medical Information cards you can come by and pick up, or swing by the Health & Wellness Fair and visit our booth on Saturday, September 9 from 11am-3pm at 5516 Jackson Hwy Toledo WA 98591. We will be handing those cards out at the event.
